Questions parents ask

How long is the launch price on?

The launch price of $33 CAD ends on 30 November. After that the Starter Kit goes back to its regular price of $51 CAD.

How do I get my files?

Straight after checkout you'll see a download button, and we email you the link too. Nothing is posted.

Will it print on A4 or US Letter?

Yes. When you print, choose "Fit to page". The Starter Kit bonuses come in both A4 and US Letter versions.

I'm on my phone. How do I open the Starter Kit ZIP?

On a computer, double-click the ZIP to open it. On a phone, open it from your Files app. Then open any PDF in a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Is it British or American spelling?

Both. You get a UK edition (colour, practise, favourite) and a US edition (color, practice, favorite) in the same download, so you can pick whichever suits your child. The UK edition fits nursery, reception and EYFS; the US edition suits preschool and pre-K.

Can I use it with my class?

Yes, for your own children or one classroom. Please don't share or resell the files.

What if a file won't open?

Message us and we'll sort it out quickly. Most problems are fixed by downloading on a computer.
