All of our products are digital downloads. There is nothing to ship and no shipping charges.

• When you'll get it: straight away. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you.
• Where we deliver: worldwide, wherever you can receive email.
• Didn't get it? Check your spam or promotions folder, then email hello@brightpencilkids.shop with your order number and we'll resend your link.
